Sponsorship & Advertising

Carolina Fiberfest  is host to numerous vendors, workshops, a skein & garment competition, a Sheep to Shawl demo & other hands-on demonstrations, a fleece sale, informative talks and much more. 
Help support our festival by becoming a sponsor or placing an ad.
Digital ads will remain on the website until Dec. 2026.
Online Application

  • Register online or fill out the form and mail it with your payment .  If you prefer to email your form, we can invoice you through PayPal.

  • Artwork  –  Please provide a color digital file (300 dpi or larger).  Accepted formats are JPG, PDF, TIF or EPS.  Poor quality images will not be accepted.  Email your file to info@CarolinaFiberFest.org.  All ads must meet size specifications and require no additional work.

  • Post a full color ad on our website for $75.
  • A thumbnail of your ad will be displayed on our Advertisers page. 
  • Clicking on the thumbnail will take the viewer to a full-sized version, which links directly to your website. 
  • JPG file format only, 72 dpi preferred.
  • Full-sized ads can be up to 600 pixels wide.
  • If your ad is larger than 180×150 pixels, you may choose to send a second file with a 180×150 thumbnail.
  • Web ads run until February of the following year.

  • Entitles you or your farm or business to hang a banner at the event
  • Listing on our website as a sponsor
  • Ad included in Festival handout
